Russia's Defense Ministry is releasing video of its "Drone Destroyer" BUK-M3 in action, as well as additional footage of a GRAD MLRS launching rockets into Ukrainian military positions along the Dnieper River. (The Dnieper is a critical European transboundary river that is essential to the economy of Ukraine.)

The Russian military reported it deploys these weapons to protect infrastructure from enemy airpower, but it appears they can be used as offensive weaponry, as well.
