About:
Gary Ostwald, founder and Chief Pilot at PrecisionSky Intelligence located near Lincoln and Omaha Nebraska.
I have a diverse background starting in 1983 when I joined the United States Army. From 1983 to 2006, I servered 23 years of Active Duty Service. I have been fortunate throughout my life, to work for some of the largest Defense companies including Northrop Grumman, L3, MPRI and others. I have an entrepreneurial sprit, a drive to build something from scratch and make it work. My wife and I have owned three successful companies in the fields of Software development and Corporate/ Government Intelligence. I have worked in the Oil and Gas Industry, Heavy Demolition and until last year, I was a corporate Safety Officer for a medium sized agricultural construction company. I had oversight on Demolition, Millwrights, Concrete and Paving.
I have had a passion for drones for several years. While flying drones is enjoyable, my passion is truly the capability aerial intelligence has, to deliver useful data and intelligence to the end-user. Aerial intelligence allows the end-user to make sound and timely decisions and mitigate risk.
I have spent the last 10 months developing a proprietary Aerial Intelligence platform/portal. Our philosophy is simple, all the data we collect is the clients, what they do with their data is their decision. We have our own Secure Server and run our own secure GPU's. We process everything and provide everything in one secure location. We don't believe in a la carte services or subscription models like other aerial intelligence processing platforms. PrecisionSky Intelligence believes our clients are entitled to anything our FreeFly Astro Max captures belongs to them. We take one pain point away from our clients..we process everything!
If you are looking for pretty videos of sunsets or panoramic drone images for buildings or property, we are not your provider. I do not have one artistic bone in my body. We gather aerial intelligence based off of methodology, pre-deployment site surveys, Risk Assessments and JSA's.
