I’m Jerry Alston, founder of Blue Pearl Drones based in Charlotte, North Carolina, and a certified commercial drone pilot since 2021. My primary focus is drone mapping, construction monitoring, and aerial data collection, supported by experience completing hundreds of mapping flights for construction progression, land development, and site documentation projects. I operate RTK-enabled drone mapping missions using both network corrections and base station workflows to support high-accuracy data capture. I have extensive familiarity with industry platforms including DroneDeploy and WebODM, producing orthomosaics, site overviews, and actionable visual data for project planning and progress tracking. In addition to mapping services, I provide residential and commercial real estate photography, videography, and aerial marketing content.
